Constance Fenyo is the President & CEO of Weber-Fenyo Holdings Inc, a company with ownership in multiple private businesses, including a software solutions provider that orchestrates, integrates, and automates business processes for large scale organizations, a hand sanitizer manufacturer and bottling company, as well as a micro-spirits distillery. She is actively involved in real estate development and acts as a business and corporate consultant, assisting companies through various stages of their evolution.
Prior to creating Weber-Fenyo Holdings, Constance specialized in the legal software solutions industry for 17+ years as President & owner of Dye & Durham Corporation, a company now publicly trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange DND. While leading Dye & Durham, she consistently was named in Business in Vancouver’s TOP 10 Biggest BC businesses owned by Women. She successfully led her organization through a period of tumultuous change, becoming the recognized leader in the legal software and registry support industry. She received numerous awards, including the Platinum Award for Inclusion Excellence in Business and the “Best Large Business” owner in Vancouver, BC. She has acted as a mentor for the BC Forum for Women Entrepreneurs, was elected President of the Chamber of Commerce, has organized several community events and was invited by the Mayor of New Westminster to provide her insights on the New West budget task force and economic development and trade coalition.
She currently sits on several Boards, participates in several charities and acts as a mentor to aspiring business leaders. Constance is also a published author of the new book “The Pathway to Prosperity,” a distance runner, yoga practitioner and lover of nature. Her greatest accomplishment and pleasure in life are her 3 children; John, Mercedes & Nicholas.
